What is the problem you found?

The problem I identified in the community was that being in social isolation affected people's mental health as they either didn't have or couldn't access their support mechanisms. This meant that people's mental health has been declining as they have been stuck inside and without their support mechanisms.

How might we give people access to support mechanisms in social isolation?

This project will help everyone with mental health issues or anyone feeling anxious or depressed in social isolation.

What Is Your Solution?

The solution I have come up with is an app that will be developed for both iOS, Android and for the Web. This app will allow people to journal publicly or privately and allow them to receive support from both the community on the app and access all available mental health resources in their country.
