What is the problem you found?

People not willing to compost due to difficulty and smell.

Quick Statistics:

  • 2.6 million tons of food are estimated to be composted. Only 4.1% of all food waste.

  • Composting has a success rate of 86% in farms to reduce soil loss.

  • It is estimated that if everyone used composting, it would have an equal effect to taking 7.8 million cars off the road.

  • In NSW food waste also makes up to 38% of the total rubbish in household garbage bins.

What is your opportunity?

How might we turn food waste into something that is unable.

Who is your audience?

Households who create a lot of food waste.

Farmers who want cheep environmental friendly fertiliser.

What Is Your Solution?

To have a curbside bin pickup for food waste. Our trucks will pick up food waste weekly and transport it to our composting facility where the entire community's waste will be composted together. The fertile soil and fertilizer we produce will be sold to Farmers as a cheap, economically friendly fertiliser
