What is the problem you found?

Young people aren't knowledgeable about finance and are unwilling to learn due to the sometimes dull nature of standard financial education.

Buynance problem

What is your opportunity?

How might we teach young people about finance in an educational and entertaining way?

Who is your audience?

Young people that don't know about finance aged 12+.

What Is Your Solution?

The solution we have devised is to create a very popular, exciting, trendy card game that shows that finance is truly simple. It will educate young people and prepare them for further life scenarios involving money. Inspired by existing games such as Monopoly and The Game of Life, this game seeks to create an educational and entertaining way to learn finance - helping young people out in their futures.

To play the game you all take turns tackling financial scenarios, as well as taking and making money, which represents real life, with the aim to become the richest player - or cause the other players to go bankrupt.

Throughout the game, players will have to juggle the stock market, budgeting, taxes and random events in order to fulfil your financial dream.

Like any good game, there will be plenty of opportunities to disrupt the other players - whether that be through your own actions, or the decree of the corrupt tax king. The game will end when one player reaches one million dollars, or all other players declare bankruptcy.
