Teachers
Getting Started
The Entrepreneurial Learning Hub is your go to place for all of Young Change Agents program resources, and eLearning modules to help build your capacity and deliver entrepreneurial education at your school.
The Classroom allows teachers and students to document and share entrepreneurial learning in one place. It's a digital portfolio for young people to capture their skills development, their work and reflections, enabling them to articulate and share their capabilities. Students are recognised by gaining badges for their achievements and can unlock advanced learning opportunities as they progress. The Classroom allows teachers to monitor student progress and efficiently mark student assessment once the program is complete.
View the Information Pack here.
When on the sign in page at https://app.youngchangeagents.com/sign-in, there is a button called “recover password”.
You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password.
Click submit.
There will be a pop up that says “An email has been sent to you with a link to reset your password”.
This email will be sent from noreply@youngchangeagents.com, with the subject line “Entrepreneurial Learning Hub: Reset Your Password“.
Note: If you cannot find the email, check your spam/junk folder.
Click on the “Reset Password” link.
Enter your new password, and click submit.
Note: your password must be at least 8 characters, and contain at least one letter and number.
Only one staff member at the school should need this level of access. It’s for ‘back end’ management and setup of the classrooms. See “The difference between Educator and School Admin accounts” for more information.
School Admins will need to set up Multi Factor Authentication when they first sign in. You will be prompted to input an email address to send a verification code to. This doesn’t have to be the email address of the account. You will receive an email with a 4-digit pin to log in. The first time you enter your 4-digit pin your browser will remember you for 10 days. During those 10 days you won't have to enter it again. After that time you will be asked to enter it again, and your browser will remember you for 10 days and so on.
If you do not receive the email with the 4-digit pin, please check you have spelled your email address correctly, try signing out and signing in again, and then contact help@youngchangeagents.com if you are still unable to log in.

If your school admin created the student accounts, they will need to assign the students to your class.
If you create your own student accounts, they are automatically added to your class.
If you are unsure on how to create your student accounts, read the “Creating student accounts” instructions.
New teams:
For students to join a team, they will first need an account. If you need to create a student account, go to “Creating Student Accounts” for instructions on how to do this.
One person in each team is responsible for creating the team and adding their team mates.
Once they log in, they can click ‘Create Project’.
Next, they pick their course/Young Change Agents Program ($20 Boss, Digital Boss or PlanetA.Schools).
Students then add a project name, project mission, and select the students from their class list to join their team.

They can unlock the second star on their badge for completing a reflection question individually.
You as the teacher can grant the students their third and final star once you’ve reviewed their work and are happy with it.
Budgeting Tool
The three stages of the budget are Forecast, Track Finances and Comparison.
Students first complete a forecast budget to predict what they will spend on business costs.
Once this is submitted, you are able to approve the budget (and give the money in the case of the $20 Boss program), or you can comment and ask for revisions.
Once you have approved the budget, it moves to the Track Finances stage. This is the period where students are spending their money and hopefully earning an income. Students can track money in and out in this budget.
Once they complete this stage they can compare the Forecast Budget versus the Actual Budget and learn from the differences. The Budgeting Tool creates insightful graphs to help students understand the financial concepts.
Click on Classroom > Recent Submissions > Budgets.
This is where you will see any updates from your students' budgets.
Alternatively, you can click on each student project in ‘Student Projects’, and click ‘Budget’ to view that team’s budget.
Scroll through the budget and review the team’s work.
Comment any feedback in the ‘Feedback’ section, and click ‘Save’ to send your feedback to the students.
Change the status to ‘Approved’, ‘Needs Changes’, or ‘Archived’.

You can check if you have a school admin account by logging in and viewing your toolbar on the top right of your screen.
If there is a button named “My School”, you are a school admin and can create classes.
If you do not see this button, you have an educator account and must ask your school admin to set up your class.
