Problem Statement
How might we improve the mental health of young women in our community?
Customer / Problem
Our customers are young girls aged 14-18 who are experiencing the stress and pressures of school, growing up and social media. The distractions, comparisons and high expectations can often weigh heavy on them. Everything screams about the 'big win, tomorrow' but focusing on the little wins of each day can be powerful building blocks of a healthy mind.
Solution
Our solution is to create a social enterprise called 'Big Little Wins'. 'Big Little Wins' is a wellbeing book that contains a journal prompting customers to reflect on the positives in their life and encourages them to take a moment to prioritise happiness. Our book will also include a range of advice, recipes, workouts and meditation activities that will help improve the mental states of young girls through building confidence, resilience and optimism.
