What is the problem you found?

How might we create the critical thinkers and tech stars of tomorrow that are ready to jump into tech careers?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are students of any age who want to better understand how their technology works or who don't understand the basics of technology.

The problems they were experiencing was constantly going back to forth to IT to get help with solving their technology-related problems, which resulted in them wasting time and not being able to complete their classwork.

This frustration might also lead students to become disengaged with tech and not consider how important understanding and developing tech knowledge and skills will impact their future careers and personal life.

What Is Your Solution?

So our solution was to create tailored online lessons for each year group, so they could learn the fundamental aspects of technology and become more independent and confident in themselves by learning to solve their own problems.

These lessons could give students an opportunity to work on personal projects that they are passionate about and tackle problems they have identified in their community. This would also allow students to develop a range of important skills to set them up for their future, such as time management, problem solving and creativity.

Advice

I think we need some advice from experts to help us identify the most important skills and then develop lesson content and activities.

Development

I think we have a good base idea, but we need help with the developmental side of things, like actually getting our online program running and making it a real thing.
