How might we encourage artists to pursue careers in the creative arts?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are youth in the Northern Rivers area that currently have a lack of exposure to their desired course in the creative arts industry.

What Is Your Solution?

An annual community arts festival to provide exposure to emerging artists.

The event will incorporate different local artists as well as some well known artists from around the country to build a larger audience.

The festival will provide various areas for creatives to showcase their works i.e.art, music, as well as information sessions on creative courses, workshops and competitions.

 

Support Required

Connections

• Equipment: We will require connections with local equipment hire companies 
• Venues: We will require a good connection with the community to make use of open fields and vacant shops/buildings.

Funding

Money/Promotions: We will require sponsors for our program as well as advertising
