What is the problem you found?
How might we increase safety on public transport?
Customer / Problem
Vunerable members of our community such as young women, the elderly, those with a disability or racial minorities can sometimes feel isolated and unsafe on public transport. They can experience threats and/or harassment.
What Is Your Solution?
Silent buttons under the seat to alert the security on the bus that someone is in trouble, it immediatly activates the transport authorities cameras and support services.
