What is the problem you found?
How might we increase exposure and motivation in students with low social-economic backgrounds, with regards to jobs and university?
Customer / Problem
D.R.E.A.M's mission is to assist students with finding or applying for jobs or universities during and after high school. This social enterprise operates more in rural areas as these students, through their living conditions don’t have the same knowledge, encouragement, and opportunities as students in higher social-economic backgrounds would take for granted.
What Is Your Solution?
D.R.E.AM stands for Develop, Render, Empower, Apply, Motivate and provides career pathways to adolescents with lower socio-economic backgrounds. The program teaches students how to properly apply for a job and perform in an interview. It enforces three main characteristics in their students, motivation, inspiration, and empowerment, and uses high achievers that originated from their same position socio-economically and intellectually to inspire the students.
