It is becoming increasingly evident that many consumers do not understand the severity of food wastage in Australia. Our customers and target audience are all those who are environmentally conscious and are looking for ways to reduce the amount of food waste within their household. Additionally, our social media platforms strive to engage more people, leading them to join our community. These customers are the kind of people who are yearning to learn and act upon making their home environment more eco-friendly. They believe this issue is a major cause that deserves attention.

What Is Your Solution?

Ecofoodco is an online subscription platform that equips consumers with the necessary skills and information in order to reduce food waste. Our services and products include DIY gardening packs and vegetable seeds subscription boxes. Our starter packs and seed subscription boxes are accessible via an app which provides the customer with recipes to use when their seeds grow and access to an exclusive community of at-home gardeners. We believe that if you are creating your own produce with recipes given to you, it will reduce the amount of food thrown away, and overproduction. As a business, we also try to encourage local supermarkets to sell the "irregular" looking fruit and vegetables instead of throwing them away.
