How might we attract new teachers to Deniliquin to improve the education system?

Since Deniliquin is a rural town, there aren't enough quality teachers in our education system. 

What Is Your Solution?

We aim to provide an express bus service to Melbourne, stopping at Echuca, Heathcote and Wallan then Southern Cross Station, leaving on a Friday evening and returning on Sunday evening. Teachers moving from Melbourne to our town to work in local schools would have a quick, efficient way to visit their families over the weekend and then return to begin the week in Deniliquin. The service would also provide free Wifi and discounted fares for people in government jobs, adding an extra incentive for interested teachers to take advantage of.
