How might we encourage a sense of belonging & connection in the Ipswich community?
Customer / Problem
Our customers require a way of connecting with their culture, however, due to COVID-19 border restrictions in Australia, many are unable to return to their homeland. Because of this, they may feel homesick and in need of cultural acceptance.
What Is Your Solution?
A social enterprise that promotes and encourages cultural celebrations, acceptance, and belonging. This is achieved by providing a cookbook, which includes several traditional cuisines from around the world, hence evoking a sense of connectedness. Food for Culture values and embraces diversity and food, as it unites everyone.
