What is the problem you found?

How might we find more ways to promote events in our region?

Customer / Problem

Hay hosts a wide variety of exciting events, but they aren't reaching their full potential as they are not promoted properly and thus are often missed by many possible attendees.

What Is Your Solution?

We aim to create a mobile app designed to keep both tourists and locals up to date with what is happening within the Hay community. Through our app we would be able to promote local events to a wide ranging, well connected audience and keep them updated with community news. The app would also provide information such as the cost, location, time and specific details of the event in order to make sure all users are completely in the loop. As a result, community events that previously received insufficient promotion to attract the audience they deserved would now be well advertised and well attended, bringing Hay public recognition and enriching the local cultural scene.
