With the rise of technology usage more and more young people are staying inside and not getting enough exercise. Adding to this youth often don't know about the different sports available in their local area and don't have the opportunity to try them without paying big joining fees.

Sports taster day where participants get to try a variety of sports, learn more about them from big name players and how to join local teams.
