What is the problem you found?

How might we create a product that will relieve stress in young people?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are students in high school that are suffering stress from a variety of reasons including: family, social and peer pressures. Out of the 22 students we surveyed at our school we found that 16 struggle with stress.

Our further research showed that 75% of adults experience moderate to high levels of stress within the past month according to the American Psychological Association and 80% of workers feel stress on the job. Nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress according to the American Institute of Stress.

What Is Your Solution?

Hoblo produces chewable lollies that reduce stress and relax/calm the customer. The jar containing the lollies has positive words of affirmation to motivate, encourage or inspire the customer.

The product also comes with an accessible QR code to the https://www.hoblo.org/ website which provides an anonymous forum where people can release their stress and discuss their overarching problems.

The website will also provide advice from psychiatrists, social workers and people from the community.

We are hoping to collaborate with another company who produces lollies to manufacture our product. We're also looking to partner with mental health organisations who we can collaborate with to provide information to our customers to support their mental health.
