How might we create an efficient link between the community and council so that problems within the community can be addressed faster?
Customer / Problem
Our customers are people in the community that are having problems with various facilities and need to have them fixed or addressed.
KACE Feedback is an app which better connects the community and their elected council. Residents within the community are able to log 'tickets' relating to issues with infrastructure which go directly to the council to action. They can also provide feedback on the response from council and explain why these 'tickets' are really important to them and the community.
