What is the problem you found?

How might we create more quality facilities in Mirboo North?

Customer / Problem

Young people (aged 14-18 years old) who might be disengaged in conventional schooling and seek jobs or training opportunities in construction industries.

Some young people may also lack respect for facilities such as park benches and tables, leading to the defacing or destruction of these community resources.

What Is Your Solution?

Kids Build It is a social enterprise that teaches young people how to build furniture items such as park benches and tables, equipping them with valuable skills in construction. Through constructing the community facilities, young people also develop a sense of respect for property.

100% of profits will go towards educating the community about respect for facilities.
