How might we create a safe community for all students?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are students in schools who experience judgement, harassment and aggression from other students at school because of their gender or sexuality. Customer pains include dysphoria, being the centre of verbal and physical harassment and the development of mental health issues such as social anxiety. Customers may also experience the inability to express themselves due to being forced into uncomfortable situations where they may have to ‘prove’ or answer highly insensitive and personal questions about their gender.

What Is Your Solution?

To provide safe spaces and be supportive environments that will introduce students to a place to make friends without the risk of judgement or harassment and microaggressions. Oh Deer will also deliver workshops to schools in the area about the importance of safe places in schools and are able to customise the safe spaces according to the schools requirements.
