Customer / Problem

Our users of our mental health service are young people needing someone to talk to about mental health, who may be put off seeking help through formal systems due to stigma or other reasons.

Our customers of our coffee cart is anyone and everyone who needs a caffeine fix, or just a hot beverage!

What Is Your Solution?

A support hotline in which people can call to talk to people about their mental health and receive advice. There is also the option of chatting via text, for those who may not feel comfortable calling someone. 

The hotline will be funded and advertised by a coffee cart that sells coffees and baked goods that contain positive mental health messaging on the packaging.
