How might we build more options outside VCAL so our learning is more challenging and gives us more options?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are young mums aged between 14 - 25 who are looking to explore different career options so they can build a better future for themselves and their children.

What Is Your Solution?

KYPP Pathways (Shadow a professional) is program allowing young mums to shadow professionals such as nurses, teachers, childcare professionals, people working in construction and flight attendants.

This program would allow them real life work experience to gain a better understanding of these careers and also what education  / qualifications they might need to explore further as well as making valuable work connections.

Connections with businesses will be created via an app and support for necessary materials, such as police and background checks, will be provided.
