Littering - not enough people care about it, or have access to ways to reduce rubbish in the community

To provide recycling alternatives that safely remove biodegradable waste.
What Is Your Solution?
A new recycle bin for Darwin High School that biodegrades waste within the bin and provides an cash incentive to recycle waste (bottle return slot)
