Problem Statement
How might we provide more targeted self-care and self-effectiveness education to young people in the Lismore community?
Customer / Problem
Our customers are school principals, parents and care-givers for young people who don't have the extra time to further educate young people in their care about self-care and personal effectiveness. Many of this group are already focused on getting as much traditional education to young people and find it overwhelming to look at other essential skills that young people in the community need.
Solution
Triple L is a program designed to teach teens & adults life skills that are not covered in school. Topics include self-care, changing car tyres or oil, caring for one's mental health, study and social skills and how to be smart with money. Our programs are researched, developed and run by young people in the community who practise the skills they teach as an example for the community.
