What is the problem you found?

How might we encourage more people in the community to get the COVID-19 vaccine?

Customer / Problem

We have identified access to COVID-19 vaccinations as a key problem for many people in the community - this could be because of a lack of transport, lack of time, as well as a lack of access to information about booking processes or vaccination sites.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to create a Vaxi-Van with the necessary materials to provide COVID-19 vaccines in public spaces around the ACT. We believe that providing the community with a hassle-free method of getting the vaccine will help to quickly increase vaccination rates.

We also hope to partner with large supermarket chains and other organisations operating in the community to provide additional support to those who need it most. For example by offering food vouchers and subsidised healthcare along with vaccines.

We have created some initial prototypes of the Vaxi-Van and promotional materials we could use to spread the word.
