How might we reduce individual water use in the community?

Our customers have to be home owners or live in a house, unit ect. They must also have a phone to be able to download our app.
What Is Your Solution?
Water Cents is an app attached to a sensor through Bluetooth that records data of water use across Tweed Shire homes per day, week, month, and year. The app can be accessed on any electronic devices through app stores.
