Homeless animals outnumber homeless people 5:1, and pet owners are at risk of contributing to this statistic if they have no means to track their pet's location. 

What Is Your Solution?

A GPS tracking system that operates through a sim card implanted in the pet's collar. The owner would be able to keep tabs on their pet's location in real time using an app streaming data from the SIM card. While this software would not reduce the amount of existing pets on the street in the short time, it would provide an effective preventative measure for the future.
