How might we turn social distance into character building and personal wellbeing?
Customer / Problem
People who are in lockdown or socially isolated have more personal, alone time on their hands and are not engaging in their usual social activities.
Who Am I? is an app that helps people to use their increased alone time for personal growth, reflection and wellbeing. It offers daily mindfulness exercises, questions of the day, inspiring quotes, and wellbeing advice from professionals.
