Meet the $20 Boss Alum Creating Eco-Friendly Surf Wax

Noah founded his social enterprise, Sticky Pronk while participating in the $20 Boss program as a Year 6 student in 2018.

After learning about how damaging surf wax could be to marine ecosystems, Noah decided to come up with a surf wax that wouldn't harm the environment.

Sticky Pronk is a social enterprise that sells eco-friendly, non-toxic surf wax made from all-natural ingredients such as beeswax, organic coconut oil, natural mineral clays, and tree resin. The surf wax, handmade by Noah, comes in a reusable tin container so that when you run out of wax, you can buy a refill instead of buying a whole new tin.

Sticky Pronk sells their products online via their website, and is also stocked at local South Australian retailers. In 2021, Noah was nominated for the Minister for Innovation and Skills Small Business Award at the Community Achievement Awards.
