What is the problem you found?

Elderly people were no longer able to physically connect with their loved ones due to the risk of Coronavirus. We decided to contact an elderly person in an effort to decrease feelings of isolation and loneliness.

What Is Your Solution?

Conducting a series of over the phone conversations with an elderly person. We asked four different sets of questions based on different periods in their life with the goal of making them feel connected by celebrating their life. We would like to encourage other people to do the same.
