What is the problem you found?
We are undertaking this challenge because we found that the Homeless are not getting enough love. Lots of the companies that are supporting the Homeless are intimidated by them. The companies think they have COVID-19. That's why Caitlin and I want to make a difference and help out. The problem that the homeless are experiencing now is that they are scared that they will not live a good life if they don’t have the necessities in life. We want to help them.
What is your opportunity?
How we might help the Homeless because lots of companies who usually support them are not doing it at the moment?
Who is your audience?
The audience for our group is the Homeless people who need help in this tough time.
What Is Your Solution?
Our solution is that we are making an online shopping source.
This website is an online shopping bag for the homeless. This shopping bag is a website called ‘Virtual Shopping For Homeless or VSFH.’ We will get all the supplies for the winter like socks, beanies, blankets, gloves and scarfs. We also made a donation page that you can donate as much money as you want to.
To order the items you go on our website, choose the item/s you want to donate to the homeless, add them to your cart and then go to the online checkout and pay for the item/s you bought to donate.
Note that all the items you buy will go straight to a company who donates them to homeless people in Sydney.
If you want to read a little more into this project for more understanding you can look at the information page on our website.
Have you got any questions? Well in fact we have a questions page for anyone who wants to add feedback, questions or just a nice comment.
