What is the problem you found?

Over these years, we have found that employment for people with disabilities is getting harder and harder.

Today, 10.5% of disabled people are unable to find jobs, compared to the 4.6% of people without disabilities. Too many disabled people are being left behind and don't have adequate support when finding jobs. 

We would like to approach this problem with an app, which helps disabled people enjoy jobs and feel confident in thier position in the WA workforce, as they aren't right now.

Our goal is to ensure that disabled individuals are included in the community, rather than being excluded. EmployLink provides the solution to this issue. By assisting people in joining the community, we aim to create a safe and welcoming job environment where everyone with a disability is included in our workforce as they aren't currently.
