What is the problem you found?

Over these years, we have found that employment for people with disabilities is getting harder and harder.

Today, 10.5% of disabled people are unable to find jobs, compared to the 4.6% of people without disabilities. Too many disabled people are being left behind and don't have adequate support when finding jobs.

We would like to approach this problem with an app, which helps disabled people enjoy jobs and feel confident in thier position in the WA workforce, as they aren't right now.

What is your opportunity?

We would like to help make jobs accessible for people with disabilities. For we have discovered that individuals with disabilities are struggling to secure stable, inclusive employment. How might we help employ people with disability?

Who is your audience?

People with disability who can't find jobs.

Our goal is to ensure that disabled individuals are included in the community, rather than being excluded. EmployLink provides the solution to this issue. By assisting people in joining the community, we aim to create a safe and welcoming job environment where everyone with a disability is included in our workforce as they aren't currently. Let's take action now and make a positive change. The time to act is now or never.

What Is Your Solution?

Our answer is an app called Employlink.

EmployLink is a groundbreaking app designed to bridge the gap between disadvantaged and disabled individuals and employment opportunities. This innovative platform harnesses the power of technology to connect job seekers facing unique challenges with employers who value diversity and inclusivity. Through its user-friendly interface, EmployLink facilitates job searches, provides tailored job recommendations, and offers resources for skill development and job readiness.

Businesses can benefit from hiring a more diverse and inclusive workforce by gaining access to a pool of skilled workers with disabilities. Many companies are struggling to find employees, so hiring individuals with disabilities who are eager for work and often overlooked due to their disability can help fill this gap.

By fostering an inclusive job market, EmployLink empowers individuals to overcome barriers and enriches workplaces with diverse talent, creating a win-win solution for job seekers and employers.

Our business was founded with a strong passion for supporting individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of equal opportunities in the job market. We understand firsthand the challenges they face in navigating the complex job search process and how frequently they are overlooked for roles they are more than qualified for. Our goal is to change that by fostering a more inclusive workforce, which we are proud to be a part of. Whether you are a disabled individual seeking employment or an employer seeking to diversify your team and create a more inclusive work environment, we would be thrilled to collaborate with you. Together, let's make a difference.
