How might we make schools more accessible for disabled people?

Customer / Problem

The customer will be schools that want to improve accessibility for disabled people. These schools may be missing out on the benefits that disabled students and staff bring to the community. 

Also we want to be able to help people who are disabled secure education and jobs and use their lived experience to help others.

What Is Your Solution?

An advisory council made up of disabled people, to assess how accessible schools are. The council would make recommendations to schools on improving their environments for disabled students.

If the schools make necessary changes they can request the council to come back and give them an accreditation score that rates how accessible their facilities are for the disabled community.
