Problem Statement
How might we repurpose the closed mine into something that will benefit the community and the land?
Customer / Problem
Our customers are members of the Anglesea community whose wellbeing, environment and health has been affected by the local mine. The mine has been closed for many years and the land is not being used.
Solution
Alcoa Mine Revegetation will revegetate the nearby mine and put a pond or water storage system for the community within the existing mining pits. A water filtering system will be installed to improve water quality. The revegetation will make the area similar to a national park, with a lake, walking paths paths, vegetation and mountain bike paths.

Advice
We need to know whether we could get permission, resources and if people in the community like the idea.
