What is the problem you found?
How might we help students who struggle with homework?
Customer / Problem
High school students who are struggling to find motivation and aren't enjoying homework. These students may struggle finding time to socialise with their friends, as homework is absorbing much of their afternoons or weekends.
This can lead students to fall behind in their studies, and feel isolated from their peers.
What Is Your Solution?
Provide help to students who are struggling or are uninterested/not enjoying homework through a homework club. The club will be funded through a gold coin donation on entry, and will operate within the school after classes finish for the day.
Students will have access to study snacks, teacher support, and options for quiet study or social study.
Support Required
Connections
In kind support from school/government through providing facilities for the homework club
Funding
School/government funding allows teachers and resources as well as food and drink to be given to students for free or for a low cost
