What is the problem you found?
How might we create inexpensive renewable energy for the community?
Customer / Problem
Our customer is a 47-year-old male called Gerald, who is a financial consultant at a small firm, with a yearly salary slightly above the Australian average. He has a wife and two children and cares largely about the environment, as he wishes for an environmentally stable future for his children. Although he wants to support renewable energy, the current options available are too expensive for him.
What Is Your Solution?
Our solution to this problem, is the implementation of Piezoelectric sensors, below roads and freeways with constant heavy traffic. The friction from the vehicles triggers these sensors which can turn the heat produced by the frictions into electricity. This electricity is transported firstly to powering nearby lamps and traffic lights, and any remaining electricity is either stored in transformers or distributed to houses through wire towers. The transportation of electricity throughout this process is done through wires underground.

Funding
We need basic funding to produce and implement our first piezoelectric sensors
