How might we motivate tradies who have lost interest in coming to work?

Customer / Problem

For many blue collar workers working in the trades industry, there isn't a strong incentive to come to work, and so workers will prioritise their social lives over attendance. This can put their employment situation at risk, and without a stable job (and income flow), workers will find it hard to provide for themselves and their families, and may fall into a pattern that makes seeking future employment difficult.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to provide every tradie with our product: the Easy Works table. The Easy Works table is a portable and versatile working surface that can fold into a suitcase or fold out into a bench. Its design facilitates not only a flexible, clean and personalised workspace, but also the creates the opportunity of breaks for the user and socialisation around a shared space. Through this product, we aim to promote a flexible, social workspace and generate a fresh sense of motivation in blue collar workers.
