What is the problem you found?
How might we reduce crime levels on public transport?
Customer / Problem
Our customers are public transport workers and passengers who are frequently abused by passengers. They do not feel safe working or using public transport and try to avoid it as they are afraid of what may happen to them.
What Is Your Solution?
'Public Transport Control' aim to reduce the increasing problem of physical and verbal abuse on public transport systems such as trains, buses and ferries.
'PTC' aims to solve this problem through the implementation of solar-powered cameras on buses, trains and ferries as well as providing a dedicated 'PTC' Security team throughout platforms and terminals.
