What is the problem you found?

How might we empower girls and young women to feel safe and included?

Customer / Problem

Young women have been marginalised through lack of respect, the gender pay gap, stigma around periods, domestic violence, and unhealthy stereotyping. A lot of women do not feel safe walking alone at night. This needs to change.

What Is Your Solution?

Self defence classes for young women where they can learn to defend themselves in potentially violent situations. This would boost self esteem, confidence, and mental health. 

A support helpline is another solution that would create an accessible channel for women to discuss any issues.
