How might we include improve surf conditions 'swell' in Bunbury?

Customer / Problem

Our customers are anyone in or around Bunbury who want to learn how to surf or improve their surfing skills.

They are experiencing the problem of having no good 'swell' in Bunbury, meaning they have to travel to find somewhere to better surfing conditions. When they are not surfing there is also not much else to do in Bunbury, leaving them very bored.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution to these problems is our idea called 'SWAVES'. 'SWAVES' would be a place where the perfect surfing waves are generated my a passing train.

At 'SWAVES' there would be both boards and wetsuits available to hire as well as lessons to teach people how to surf. You could come down to 'SWAVES' to learn new surf skills, improve your surf skills or just come down to have some fun.

'SWAVES' caters for all ages and anyone can have a go.

Support Required

Connections

We need a way to make connections with people such as the Bunbury council, Transwest, an architect and builders.

Funding

We need funding from wetsuit brands, a company to supply us with surfboards, people who could help teach surf lessons, people who could put the train and train track in and people who could install a shark net.

Advice

We need advice on how we could make it work, how me would get staff, where we could put the train and overall how we would operate it.

Development

We need support on developing this idea into Bunbury and how we would start to build it as well as where we would be allowed to do it.
