How do we provide better equity of access and ensure students have access to the latest technology?

 

Customer / Problem

There is a lack of access for some students to current technologies, which is impacting not only on their education, but on the learning of all students as lessons need to be planned around traditional, paper based learning, rather than accessing the wide array of 21st century technologies available today.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to set up a 'tech pool' system within schools between groups of 10 students. For a fee of $6 (each) a week, 10 students would share a pool of current technologies, which they would be able to book out whenever required - or desired!

Through our social enterprise, Tech Pool, we would be able to provide students with equity of access to current technologies and bridge the gap between all students, which would ultimately achieve better results for the whole school community.
