While the future of work is painted as ever changing and unlimited, and the amount of information available to young people thinking about pursuing potential career paths is limited. As a result, there is a lack of clarity which leads to confusion, disillusionment and apathy in young people when they try to consider planning for their future.

What Is Your Solution?

We aim to create an app, Work X, that will equip young people with the skills, tools and resources and connections necessary for feeling better prepared for the future of work. We believe the X factor in the future of work is experience, so we want users to be able to work towards gaining the practical skills they want in the profession that best suits them. Using the app, users will be able to make informed decisions in mapping out their future, connect with stakeholders and begin to invest themselves in what they feel passionate about.
