meet our youth council
Youth Council is comprised of 7 young entrepreneurs in Australia aged 14-19 who meet on a regular basis to provide feedback and suggestions on support for young entrepreneurs in Australia.
Through their feedback Young Change Agents team and Brains Trust work together to put these six ideas into action.
Temaana sanderson bromley
Temaana is an Adnyamathanha, Narungga and Wangkangurru Yarluyandi man from the Flinders Ranges, Yorke Peninsula and Simpson Desert. He is the founder of Mardlaapa Designs and a member of the Malka Wiri Wiri Aboriginal art collective.
Temaana is passionate about inspiring young people, especially Aboriginal youth, to see the power and excitement of entrepreneurship. It is a path often overlooked in his community.
liv lorenz
Liv Lorenz is the co-founder of Cinnamon Cove, a sustainable swimwear brand for tweens.
Based in regional NSW, she’s passionate about encouraging more young girls to step into business and give everything a go.
Having experienced the challenges of being a young woman in the business world, Liv is eager to support others on their journey.
seb stritt
Seb is the Co-founder of RealRun and a passionate teen entrepreneur whose journey began in primary school selling fingerboard skateparks. Throughout high school, he faced the challenges of limited connections and support, which sparked his drive to create change for other young entrepreneurs.
Seb is committed to being the mentor he once needed, helping young people navigate the business world with confidence, knowledge, and a strong support network.
thea economos
Thea discovered her passion for entrepreneurship in 2018 and launched Design By Thea to share her handmade designs, which are stocked in stores across South Australia. Her love for business led to the creation of Thea Nicole, a jewellery brand featuring handcrafted Greek inspired pieces. Through Thea Communications, she produces engaging content that celebrates local businesses and communities.
She is dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs in schools and works to foster a more inclusive and supportive entrepreneurial culture in her community.
patrick dale
Patrick is the founder of Sweet Tooth Marshmallows and is passionate about sharing his business journey with the next generation. He’s dedicated to helping young people upskill and grow their entrepreneurial mindset, especially those in regional and remote areas.
Patrick believes every young person, no matter where they live, deserves equal access to entrepreneurial education and opportunities.
myla tucker
Myla Tucker is an enthusatic young person with a passion for sustainability. Myla is the co-founder of Cinnamon Cove a sustainable swimwear line for Tweens.
Myla is excited to help empower young people across Australia to bring their ideas to life.
azzy light
Azzy is a passionate young entrepreneur excited to connect with other teen business owners and support others on their journey. He founded his business, EasyAz, at just 14 to help small business owners grow their digital presence through affordable, stylish, and personalised tech solutions.
Azzy is committed to making entrepreneurship more accessible for young people and loves sharing what he’s learned to help others succeed.
Our Youth Council have developed 6 priorities to support Youth in developing their entrepreneurial mindsets and enterprises.

The youth council identified that young entrepreneurs would benefit in understanding what the next steps are post their engagement with Young Change Agents programs and for their business ideas.

Funding Growth
The youth council identified that young entrepreneurs need seed funding to support the growth of their business. They suggested creating a funding pool to provide seed funding to young entrepreneurs. If successful, youth businesses can receive funding of $500-$2000 to launch or further their business.

The youth council identified that young entrepreneurs need a place to connect online in a digital space where they can learn from others and also via online or in person events.
