Reduced Inequality

What is the problem you found?

Discrimination online and media is making people of different minorities feel harassed, bullied, and hurt by the racist comments on the media.

There are increasing tensions in the online space as people engage in divisive conversations; One of such conversations discusses the inequalities related to the clash of cultural and ethnic differences that are explicitly exacerbated by negative immigration policies and narratives. These contextual elements cause minorities from different cultures to feel harassed, bullied, hurt, and distressed by the racist and dehumanizing comments made by certain media streams.

Aswell as immigrants and peoples who are struggling to find affordable housing and fair employment.

What is your opportunity?

How might we make a difference in todays society and improve the future in a safe and progressive way.

Who is your audience?

Our targeted customers are people of all ages, ethnicities and cultures around the world.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to have an app that has two part. People of all different ethnicities can chat and connect with each other about their cultures and traditions; as well as having a the second part to the app is used for immigrants or people who are struggling with finding employment and affordable accommodation.

This will help and support people of culture and ethnicity find housing and jobs that don't discriminate no matter their culture.

Support Required

Development

If we could have help developing our app to a more functional idea and help get it started and running.

Getting people to volunteer and test our product and then give us feedback on what they liked and disliked about our app and what we could improve on.
