Queensland Government
The Celebrating Multicultural QLD Program, funded by the Queensland Government and supported by Logan City Council, empowered over 400 young people aged 15-18 in the South Brisbane/ Logan City region to address design challenges related to diversity and inclusion. Ten schools participated in the Celebrating Multicultural QLD Program, with students using their lived experience to create community-led and inclusive social enterprise solutions. The program extended beyond challenges, incorporating a youth incubator (YINC) for the top-performing team from each school, supported by Logan City Council and industry professionals, fostering mentorship, skill development, and empowering the next generation of diversity and inclusion champions.
