What is the problem you found?

The main problem we found is that people with disability are either discriminated against or unable to find the right job to empower them. 
People with disabilities may need extra support in finding the best job for their skills, however, there is currently no easy-to-use application to enable this.

Who is your audience?

The main customer is people with disability (seen or unseen).

Some of the struggles our customer faces include:
- Not knowing what job is best suited to them
- Not having the opportunity to be supported to join the workforce
- Not being taught work skills in an appropriate and effective manner
- Discrimination due to their disability

How will our app benefit our customers:
- Our customers will feel empowered after being matched to jobs that use their skills
- Customers will be linked to employers that are promoting inclusivity and diversity in their workforce
- Customers will be linked to resources to help them further their skills and ensure they are job-ready!
- Our app will create a strong community

What Is Your Solution?

People with disabilities find it hard to be matched with normal jobs- they need a way to list their skills and experience and be matched with a job that's right for them and their abilities. The app is to develop how disabled people can show their social skills to show they are capable for a job that matches them.

After they have created a profile and listed their skills, the third page shows them how to get hired.

The fourth page shows a big red button, AI generator will use your information to find the perfect job for you.

We are not just an app for people with disabilities, we are also an app for employers looking to diversify their workforce.

Connections

We will need to connect with a number of parties to create our app including: 

- Disabled communities to ensure our app is viable 
- Employers who may use this sort of application
- Developers to help create the app 
- Local councils who may help us fund the app 

Funding

We are seeking seed funding and grants to help us kick-start our application. 

Advice

We would love advise from other employment apps (ef, Seek or Indeed) to see how we can set up our platform in the most effective way. 

Development

To develop the app, we will need to connect with app developers. 
We could also connect with universities to see if they could assist with this as they have the technology (and brains!) to do so.
