How might we motivate people to pick up rubbish?

Customer / Problem

There is a big problem of littering in our community, however no one has a clear incentive to pick up rubbish and so litter continues to fill the streets and enter our waterways.

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to create a program that anyone in our community can get involved with which involves picking up rubbish to turn it into art. This would give members of our community an incentive to pick up rubbish, while also creating an innovative and beautiful recycling method.
