How might we make basketball more enjoyable for the umpires?

Customer / Problem

Our customer would be umpires that are getting verbally abused by either players or spectators. The problem they are facing is the abuse from players, coaches and spectators while they umpire. 

What Is Your Solution?

Our solution is to create an app to help the umpires with mental health, talk with other umpires, complain about certain age groups and to see what games you're umpiring. 25% of our profit would go to the umpires and give them money to help set up like morning teas or lunches for them. Another 25% would go to a Geraldton charity called communicare. They are a charity that helps support and empower individuals, families and the community to achieve safety, independence, respect, social participation and economic security.
